Although the fountain of youth continues to elude us as a society, every year there are new and interesting ways to look younger.

Most of us take for granted the idea that the aging process is something inevitable and natural, and yet for millennia humanity has dreamed of stopping aging.
Finding the fountain of youth has occupied countless lives, and although none of them were able to completely stop aging, we are closer to that goal than ever before. Everything from lifestyle changes, meditation, exercise, and healthy diet to human growth hormone and supplements has been offered on the market as a way to stop the aging process.
Will we be able to stop growing older within our lifetime?
Only time will tell, but things are more hopeful than they have ever been before.

When I was young, I rarely thought about how people perceived me.
I had young looking skin, an extremely fit body, an attractive smile, and everything else that you need to make the right impression. I didn't have to work at it either.
I was what you might call artlessly beautiful. I'm not saying this to brag or boast, but to illustrate the changes I went through as I got older. You never really think about what it means to have youthful looking skin until you lose it.
Getting old, gray, wrinkly, and muddled is an awful development. Although you may not know it, you probably already react to the appearances of others in powerful unconscious ways.
